$79 Base Assessment Fees

After careful consideration here at BrehmBuilds we have to set our base assessment fees at $79. Depending on scope of work or distance of work this assessment charge may increase.

One question I (Luke Brehm) personally have been asked a lot is, “why is it necessary to charge an assessment fee before we even pick you?” This is in fact the right question, since I don’t want to waste your time! Assessment fees and trip based fees can be rolled into your construction time but just like your time, my time is limited. For that very reason I strive to best utilize my time serving the people who have picked BrehmBuilds and make the best use of their resources. So rest assured, while you may be paying for your own assessment this all means that you won’t be paying for someone else’s assessment.
